Our story all began with an idea. We wanted to launch a business, turning our creativity into something that can bring brands from zero to hero.

Founded by Saliha Clarke, a multi-hyphenate with 20 years of skin in the game, EINS Agency is built on the foundation of her impressive mastery of Brand Strategy, Event Planning, Economics, and Business management.

At EINS Agency, we specialise in creative management with a focus on supporting talent from underrepresented backgrounds. From artists and musicians to sports personalities, actors and presenters we take pride in working with creatives from every corner of the industry. Our past collaborations include Diaspora Festival, Arnolfini, Bristol Old Vic, RWA, Watershed, Bristol Beacon, and many more. As the marketing lead for a pilot arts festival showcasing underrepresented artists, DIASPORA! provided an invaluable platform to amplify diverse voices. This role allowed me to collaborate with a vibrant community of creatives, ensuring their work reached broader audiences. It was an inspiring experience that shaped my understanding of inclusive storytelling and audience engagement. The impact was profound; it sparked the idea to establish my own creative agency, driven by the mission to support and elevate underrepresented voices in the arts and cultural sector.

BTS Content + Support for KOG

We captured the BTS of a studio session with K.O.G creating top tier content.

This project is about more than just the music for EINS —we captured the story behind this collaboration. The content highlights how different cultural influences, creative processes, and personal experiences come together to create something unique. Through interviews and behind-the-scenes content, we explored themes like the fusion of musical styles, the impact of cultural heritage, and the role of music in bridging communities. By shaping the footage intentionally, we ensured the final piece truly reflected this deeper narrative.
